Are there BoardWorks training materials available?
As a BoardWorks user, you’ll have access to the BoardWorks Help Center which features training resources such as articles, guides, and videos. You’ll also receive first-hand training on how to use BoardWorks during the implementation period.
Does BoardWorks offer board meeting technical support?
If you’re an admin user experiencing a technical issue with BoardWorks, you can use the in-app Live Chat to receive board meeting technical support. Otherwise, you can reach out to a member of the support team using the dedicate BoardWorks support email address.
Is BoardWorks support available over the weekend?
Yes. Due to our “round-the-sun" model, BoardWorks support is available seven days a week.
